We accept returns for any reason within 10
days of receipt of your order, except for

weeks for delivery), Wholesale Orders, and
Yoga Brazilian Compression Garments. For
reasons of hygiene, according to the law,
lingerie and intimate apparel items cannot
be returned. Please be advised, All items
are processed by our quality control
department, We verify all items that arrive
from the manufacture are in perfect
condition before shipment.
All returned or exchanged items MUST have an
RMA number written on the outside of the
package.

the outside of the package will be refused.
All returned or exchanged items MUST be
shipped back to us within 10 days upon

Merchandise must be returned to us in new
condition, unworn or washed, with all of the
tags attached in its original packaging
accompanied by a letter stating your name,
shipping address, contact phone number,
email address, date of purchase, Payment
Confirmation Number or Order Receipt Number,
and the reason for the return.
We do not refund shipping charges for the
initial shipment of your order, or the
return postage. We do not refund money for
any items purchased.
For returns, you are liable for the cost of
returning the merchandise. We only accept
DHL, FED EX, AND UPS (FOR TRACKING PURPOSES)
for returns.
We do not offer monetary refunds. We only
accept exchanges or store credit.
All items returned or exchanged are
liable a 15 % restocking fee. If the item is
less than $70 USD, The restocking fee is of
$10 USD.
The 15 % Restocking covers the following:

back to your location.

numero de devolucion autorizado

Todo producto devuelto o
